The ozone generator is installed horizontally, which can be directly placed on the ground, or installed on the foundation, or fixed on the shelf; because of the horizontal installation and through the observation of the end of the sealing plate, it can be easily inspected and maintained. Sankang ozone generator consists of the following parts: Gas source inlet and distribution room; The high-pressure distribution is installed in the air source inlet distribution room to provide electric energy for the ozone generation unit; The generator can body and the ozone discharge body are installed inside; Ozone outlet collection room; The cooling water chamber is isolated from the generator tank body through the sealed stainless steel pipes at both ends, and serves as the cooling water chamber. Cooling inlet and outlet piping; The discharge body is installed in the stainless steel pipe; The tank body serves as the grounding electrode; Part of the energy that cannot produce ozone is converted into heat energy for release, which must be taken away by cooling water flowing through the cooling water chamber with enough flow. Sankang ozone generator operates at 7000v and 800Hz. The selection of this parameter is not only to provide optimal conditions for efficient ozone generation, but also because of safe and reliable design ideas. The 7000v discharge voltage greatly reduces the power impact and ensures the longer service life of the discharge body. The generator is designed for 24-hour continuous operation, each of which is pre installed with relevant instruments and valves. The ozonator is completely integrated. Before leaving the factory, pipes, valves, instruments and cables have been installed on the ozonator, and the complete system has been tested in the factory. |
